This is a first-floor unit with about 15 steps to get downstairs to the condo, but the views will be worth it. Since it’s a first-floor condo, there is a condo above, and next to, this one. That means you may have neighbors during your stay. The HOA quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM. Rental agreement must be signed 48 hours after making reservation. For the safety of our guests, there is a Ring doorbell camera outside the front door of the condo. Please do not touch or cover the camera. We will kindly ask you to leave the property. Please confirm seasonal pool availability before booking. All guests must be 21+ except children with their parents. 7 person maximum. No smoking is allowed in the condo. Smoking fines are $250. Pets are not allowed. There will be a charge of $250 if you do bring a pet.
